1. Content Depicting Adult Nudity and/or Sexual Activity

Pornographic Content

Pornographic content is strictly prohibited on Xaysi Inc. Marketplace. This includes:

  • Printed or visual material that explicitly depicts sexual acts, genitalia, or sexual behaviors intended for arousal or stimulation.
  • Materials from adult publishers, such as vintage adult magazines and films, regardless of whether they include nudity or sexual content.
  • Listings marketed as pornographic, even if the product itself is not explicitly explicit.

Model Photos and Reviews

When human models appear in photos, visible genitalia, anuses, gluteal clefts, or female nipples/areolas are not permitted. This includes partial visibility, such as through sheer or mesh clothing. We recommend:

  • Ensuring models wear skin-colored underwear if showcasing sheer items.
  • Using non-realistic mannequins or flat lay photography when possible.
  • Avoiding direct depictions of adult products in use by human models.

Photo-Realistic Content

We do not permit photographs or realistic depictions of sex acts, genitalia, or anuses, even if obscured. Photographs or realistic images of buttocks and nipples are allowed, provided that the first image adheres to our “Mature Content” guidelines.

Non-Realistic Content

We permit certain forms of adult nudity in non-realistic artwork (e.g., paintings, illustrations, sculptures), including:

  • Visible breasts and buttocks.
  • Genitalia or anuses in non-sexual contexts, without sexual arousal or fluids.
  • Depictions of sexual activity without visible genitalia or anuses.

However, we prohibit:

  • Depictions of sex acts with visible genitalia or anuses.
  • Sexualized depictions of genitalia or anuses, including arousal, fluids, or suggestive poses.

2. Other Prohibited Content

We also prohibit:

  • The sale or advertisement of sexual services.
  • Fetishized items, such as those intimately worn by an individual (e.g., worn underwear).
  • Custom photos, videos, or audio recordings that depict nudity or sexual content or fetishize specific body parts (e.g., “foot pics”).
  • Content depicting illegal sexual acts, such as bestiality, necrophilia, incest, or non-consensual acts.
  • Any content that violates the spirit of these rules, even if not explicitly listed.

3. Adult Toys and Sexual Clothing/Accessories

Xaysi Inc. does not allow the sale of adult toys that:

  • Are designed for insertion or use on genitalia.
  • Pose a risk of injury, including electro-stimulation devices or items designed for erotic asphyxiation.

We do permit the sale of non-insertable adult items such as restraints, nipple jewelry, and BDSM accessories, provided they meet safety standards and do not pose harm.

When listing adult toys or sexual accessories:

  • Human models should not demonstrate or use these items in photos or reviews. Consider using mannequins or flat lay photography instead.
  • Items like body harnesses, cupless bras, or nipple jewelry may be modeled by humans, provided that genitalia, gluteal cleft, and nipples are covered by opaque clothing.

4. Sexual Language Referencing Familial Relationships

We strictly prohibit items containing sexual language referencing familial relationships, including products that sexualize parent-child or familial bonds (e.g., “Daddy’s girl” or “Mommy’s boy”). Such content is not permitted.
