Mature Content Categories

Mature content refers to any material that may be inappropriate for certain audiences. At Xaysi Inc., we classify mature content into three primary categories:

1. Nudity

• Nudity is permitted under specific guidelines. The first thumbnail image for any item containing nudity must be appropriately obscured to prevent visibility of sensitive areas, such as the gluteal cleft (buttocks) and female nipple/areola.
• Acceptable methods for obscuration include the use of opaque censor bars or blurring, ensuring the body parts are indistinguishable from surrounding skin.
• Explicit nudity, including graphic depictions, is prohibited in public areas of your account, such as your username, avatar, or shop homepage.

2. Sexual Content

• This includes items intended for sexual activity, sexual wellness products, or those associated with sexual pleasure. Examples include:
  • Adult toys and accessories
  • BDSM gear
  • Sex furniture
• Non-graphic depictions of sexual acts are allowed, excluding visible genitalia. However, explicit language or imagery related to sexual activities is prohibited in the first image or thumbnail.
• Any graphic depictions of sexual content must be tagged as “mature.”

3. Graphic Materials

• This category covers content featuring violent, gory imagery, or profane language. Specific examples include:
  • Extreme profanity in any form (e.g., text or graphics)
  • Graphic depictions of human bodies in violent or grotesque states (e.g., mutilated, deceased, or severely injured)
  • Explicit taxidermy images, including specimens with internal organs or other disturbing features
• Graphic content is not allowed in the public sections of your account.

Listing Requirements

• All items containing mature content must be clearly marked with the label “mature” to indicate that they are intended for a mature audience.
• The first image in the listing must follow the obscuration guidelines described above. Additional images may show the item fully, but these should not appear in the public-facing parts of your account.
• Prohibited Uses: Mature content is not allowed in your username, avatar, or shop homepage. Violations may result in account restrictions or termination.

1. Use Original Photos

To maintain transparency, we require that all sellers upload original, accurate images of the product being sold. The images must represent the actual item you are offering, whether it is handmade, designed, curated, or sourced. The product image should reflect the true condition, quality, and quantity, fostering trust with potential buyers. Accepted images include:

• Photos you personally took
• Photos taken by a third party on your behalf

Any listing that does not accurately represent the item for sale may result in penalties or removal.

2. Exceptions to Using Original Photos

While original photos are preferred, we acknowledge that certain situations may require stock photos. The following outlines the conditions for acceptable use of stock images:

2.1 Personalized or Customized Items

For personalized or customized products (e.g., custom engravings, monogrammed goods, or items with buyer-specific text), the primary image must feature the actual finished product. This ensures buyers can visualize what they will receive.

The following are prohibited as primary images:

• Photos of blank, uncustomized items
• Mockups with placeholder text (e.g., “Your Text Here”)

Additional images may showcase mockups to demonstrate customization options, but the first image must be of the actual product. If you wish to use a customer review photo as a listing image, you must obtain explicit consent from the buyer.

2.2 Products Made with Production Partners

When working with production partners, image requirements vary based on the nature of the product:

• Custom Designs: For unique creations (e.g., furniture, clothing, artwork), the primary image must depict an accurate photograph of the finished product.
• Printed Designs: If your original design is printed onto a base product (e.g., t-shirts, mugs), stock photos or mockups are acceptable to represent the final product.
