Restricted Transactions

The following examples outline the types of transactions prohibited under our Sanctions Policy. These include, but are not limited to:

• Geographic Restrictions: Transactions involving countries or regions subject to sanctions are prohibited.
• Exportation of Restricted Items: The export of specific goods or services, such as luxury items to sanctioned countries like Russia and Belarus, is restricted under various national and international laws.
• Sanctioned Entities and Individuals: Sellers are prohibited from engaging in transactions with individuals or entities listed on various sanctions lists, including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List, the EU Sanctions List, or other equivalent lists maintained by relevant authorities.
• Origin of Goods: The sale of items originating from countries or regions under sanctions is prohibited. Certain exceptions may apply for informational materials or agricultural goods under specific conditions.
• Products from Sanctioned Countries: The import and sale of certain goods, such as seafood, gold, diamonds, or other products from sanctioned regions (e.g., Russia), is prohibited.
• Use of Forced Labor: The sale of goods that violate international standards related to forced labor is strictly prohibited.

Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must take the following actions to ensure compliance with our Sanctions Policy:

• Geographic Restrictions: Sellers are prohibited from operating accounts or engaging in transactions from sanctioned regions or locations.
• Item Listings: Sellers must not list items originating from sanctioned or restricted regions. This includes both new and previously listed items that may originate from these areas.
• Documentation Requirements: Xaysi Inc. reserves the right to request additional documentation from sellers to verify compliance, including information regarding the country of origin of listed items.

Monitoring and Enforcement

To maintain a compliant and secure marketplace, Xaysi Inc. may actively monitor seller activities. If a seller is found to be violating this policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate their access to our platform. In addition, listings that contravene this policy may be disabled, and transactions may be canceled.

Please note that third-party payment processors may independently monitor transactions and block payments that violate sanctions compliance programs.

Global Compliance

While Xaysi Inc. adheres to sanctions and trade regulations applicable in the jurisdictions in which we operate, sellers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws in the jurisdictions involved in their transactions. Sellers should familiarize themselves with sanctions and trade restrictions imposed by the governments of their countries of operation.

Updates to the Policy

Xaysi Inc. reserves the right to update this Sanctions Policy periodically to ensure compliance with evolving laws and regulations. Sellers should review this policy regularly to remain in compliance.
