1. Shipping Responsibilities
As a seller on the Xaysi Inc. Marketplace, you are responsible for the packaging and shipping of your sold items. If you opt to use a fulfillment or third-party shipping service, you still retain full responsibility for ensuring the items reach the buyer.
By selling on Xaysi Inc., you agree to:
- Accurate Shipping Information: Provide a precise “ships from” address and clearly outline shipping costs and processing times in your listings.
- Timely Shipping: Ship each item within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise specified. If additional time is needed, inform the buyer and secure their consent before extending processing time.
- Compliance with Regulations: Adhere to all local and international shipping and customs laws, including providing accurate item descriptions and values for international shipments.
- Ship to Provided Address: Always ship to the buyer’s provided address at checkout.
- Mark as Shipped: After dispatching the item, mark it as shipped. If using a shipping label purchased through Xaysi Inc., the order will automatically be marked as shipped upon label generation.
- Shipping Fees: Ensure that shipping charges are accurate, or choose to offer free shipping.
- Tracking Information: Provide tracking details to the buyer, which will be shared by Xaysi Inc. in line with our Privacy Policy.
If an order is undelivered, you must provide valid proof of shipment showing that the item was sent to the buyer’s address.

Sellers in select countries (e.g., United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland) may purchase shipping labels directly through the Xaysi Inc. platform. By using Xaysi Inc. shipping labels, you agree to:
- Exclusive Use for Marketplace Orders: Shipping labels are exclusively for orders placed on Xaysi Inc.
- No Reselling or Transfer: Shipping labels are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
- Carrier Terms: You are responsible for complying with the shipping carriers’ terms and conditions. Xaysi Inc. is not liable for issues arising during transit, such as delays, damage, or lost packages.
