Ads allow sellers to promote their listings and shops across the marketplace. These ads may appear in various locations, including search results and other prominent areas, depending on factors like search relevance, listing quality, bid amounts, and more. Sellers can select the listings or shops to promote, set their advertising budget, and pause their campaigns at any time.

A. Purchasing Xaysi Inc. Ads

Xaysi Inc. Ads operate on an auction-based system, where ad space is secured through a bidding process. The maximum bid you set represents the highest amount you are willing to pay when someone clicks on your ad. The actual cost may vary based on competition and demand within the auction.

The advertising model follows a Cost-Per-Click (CPC) approach, meaning you only pay when a user clicks on your ad, not when it is displayed. Your campaign will adhere to your chosen daily budget, and you will only be charged up to that amount.

2. Offsite Ads

Xaysi Inc. may also promote your listings on third-party platforms such as social media networks and search engines through our Offsite Ads Program. While Xaysi Inc. covers the upfront costs for these ads, sellers will incur an advertising fee on any orders made within 30 days of a buyer clicking on the ad.

3. Shop-Specific Promotions

Sellers have the flexibility to run promotions within their own shops, such as sales or coupons, to encourage purchases.

A. Sales and Coupons

• Sales: Sellers can offer discounts or free shipping on specific listings or groups of listings. These sales are visible to buyers and must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Coupons: Sellers may create coupon codes that provide discounts or free shipping to buyers. These codes are distributed at the seller’s discretion and can be redeemed under the terms set by the seller.

4. Disclaimers

Xaysi Inc. reserves the right to modify the terms of any advertising program at any time. This includes introducing new fees, changing platforms, or discontinuing any program. Any changes will be communicated to sellers, but we do not guarantee specific results from any advertising or promotional campaigns.

To optimize the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, certain aspects of the service may be automated, such as bid adjustments and ad placements. By using these services, you grant Xaysi Inc. permission to make these adjustments on your behalf and to transfer your existing campaigns to updated or new programs as necessary.

All ads and promotions must comply with applicable laws, including intellectual property regulations. Xaysi Inc. reserves the right to reject any ad or promotion that violates our policies or negatively affects the marketplace experience.
