Community Policy

1. Participation in the Xaysi Inc. Community

Xaysi Inc.’s community spaces include both publicly accessible and members-only areas where buyers, sellers, and partners can engage with one another. To participate, users must be at least 18 years of age. By using these spaces, you agree to the following principles:

• Respect Privacy: Safeguard your own privacy as well as others’. Do not share private or personally identifiable information, including transaction details, personal contact data, or the contents of private messages.
• Confidentiality: Do not disclose private conversations with Xaysi Inc. representatives or share their messages publicly.
• Transparency: Be honest about your identity and intentions. Misrepresentation is strictly prohibited.
• Respect and Civility: Treat others with respect. Publicly disparaging other community members, including buyers, sellers, or Xaysi Inc. staff, is not permitted. Approach disagreements constructively and assume positive intent.
• Non-Interference: Refrain from interfering with other members’ businesses, spamming, or posting unsolicited promotional content, including links to external websites or social media.
• Prohibition of Harmful Content: Content promoting violence, hatred, or illegal activities is strictly forbidden.
• Intellectual Property and Legal Compliance: Abide by relevant laws and respect intellectual property rights during all interactions.

2. Community Forums

Xaysi Inc. provides forums as spaces for open dialogue, idea exchange, and mutual support. By participating in the forums, you agree to the following:

• Constructive Contributions: Posts should be valuable, helpful, and aimed at fostering a positive and supportive environment.
• Respectful Tone: As tone can often be misinterpreted in written form, please communicate with empathy and respect.
• Staying on Topic: Posts must remain relevant to the subject of the discussion. Off-topic posts may be removed.
• Permanency: Forum posts are permanent and accessible to the public, even if removed later.
• Moderation: Xaysi Inc. may moderate the forums to maintain a constructive, welcoming space. Posts that violate this policy may be removed, and actions may be taken against violators.

3. Direct Messaging

Xaysi Inc. enables direct messaging for private communication between community members. When using this feature, you agree to the following guidelines:

• Respectful Messaging: Direct messages must not be abusive, threatening, or discriminatory in nature.
• No Spam: Unsolicited promotional messages or advertisements are prohibited.
• Report Inappropriate Content: If you receive inappropriate messages, report them to Xaysi Inc. for review and potential action.

4. Branding Guidelines

Users involved in team initiatives or other community-driven projects must adhere to Xaysi Inc.’s branding guidelines:

• Logo Usage: Teams may reference Xaysi Inc. in their team names but may not use the Xaysi Inc. logo independently. Any promotional materials must include a clear disclaimer, such as “Organized by a group of Xaysi Inc. sellers.”
• Branding Approval: While Xaysi Inc. does not pre-approve team branding, we reserve the right to intervene if any branding causes confusion or violates our trademark policy.

5. Consequences for Policy Violations

Xaysi Inc. takes violations of this policy seriously. Consequences for breaches may include temporary or permanent suspension of community access or account termination. If your account is suspended or terminated, you forfeit the right to access and participate in our marketplace and community spaces.
