- Do not post unsolicited advertisements or promotional content
- Do not interfere with or disrupt another seller’s business

Direct Messaging
Sellers can communicate directly using the Xaysi messaging system
- Keep messages respectful and professional
- No abusive, threatening, or discriminatory content
- Avoid unsolicited promotions or advertising
- Report inappropriate messages using the “Report as Inappropriate” option
Branding & Events
Guidelines for using Xaysi branding and organizing events
- Adhere to Xaysi Inc.’s branding guidelines
- Any use of Xaysi name, logo, or trademarks must align with policies
- Unauthorized use of trademarks is strictly prohibited
- Sellers are responsible for their own events
- Do not use Xaysi name to suggest misleading affiliation
Policy Enforcement
Violations of this Community Policy may result in the following actions:
Temporary Suspension
Temporary suspension of community privileges for policy violations
Content Removal
Removal of content from the platform that violates community standards
Account Termination
Permanent termination of the seller’s account for serious or repeated violations
Xaysi Inc. reserves the right to take action against any seller who violates this policy to ensure a positive, secure, and respectful experience for all members. By using the Xaysi Inc. marketplace and participating in our community spaces, you agree to comply with this Community Policy and our Terms of Use.
