  • Pricing: You are responsible for setting your own prices, which must be in compliance with applicable laws.

  • Compliance with Laws: Your products must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including safety, labeling, and import/export laws.

  • Handling Complaints: If a buyer files a complaint or request for a refund, respond promptly and work with the buyer to resolve the issue.

  • Buyer’s Right to Withdraw (EU/UK): For buyers in the EU/UK, ensure that you comply with applicable laws regarding their right to cancel orders within 14 days of receipt for most physical items.
