At Xaysi Inc., the security and integrity of transactions within our marketplace are our top priorities. To ensure the safety of both buyers and sellers, we have implemented robust systems for secure payments, transaction protections, and dispute resolution. These safeguards are specifically designed to protect transactions conducted within our platform.
However, these protections do not extend to transactions conducted outside of Xaysi Inc.’s marketplace. In order to maintain a safe and trusted environment, we strictly prohibit off-platform transactions, regardless of whether the buyer and seller initially connected through Xaysi Inc.
Secure Platform Transactions
All transactions completed through Xaysi’s secure platform are protected by our comprehensive safety measures, including payment protection, dispute resolution services, and customer support.
Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Making offers to buy or sell items outside of Xaysi Inc.’s marketplace
- Encouraging users to complete purchases through external platforms or venues
- Redirecting users off-platform via QR codes, links, or other methods
- Completing transactions initiated on Xaysi Inc. outside of our platform
- Modifying item prices after a sale to circumvent Xaysi Inc.’s transaction fees, or misrepresenting an item’s location
Important Notice
Any transaction conducted outside of the Xaysi Inc. platform will not be covered under our purchase protection or support services.
We strongly encourage all transactions to be completed securely through our marketplace to ensure a safe, seamless, and reliable experience for everyone involved.
